Delivery and Refunds
FREE DELIVERY ON GREETING CARDS
For the majority of orders we use Royal Mail second class services. Orders are generally posted out within 3 working days after the order has been placed and you'll receive an email notification to let you know.
If you've left it to the last minute and need something quickly, we have a first class upgrade option on our website. This will cost you a little extra but you’ll get your item when you need it. (please note prices have increased in October 2023 in line with the Royal Mail increase)
FREE DELIVERY ON MUGS
All mugs are delivered free of charge. Production takes 3-5 working days after the order has been placed. The postal service used is Royal Mail's 1st class 1 - 3 days shipping to the UK so please leave plenty of time for your order.
PRINTS DELIVERY
A5 prints are posted free of charge. A4 costs £1.95 and will be posted with Royal Mail. A3 posters are shipped via Evri and a postal charge of £2.95 applies.
Refund policy
Like most small businesses, we do a little skip every time we receive an order. We’re happy if you’re happy. And if you’re not happy, then we’re not happy. So drop us a note if there are any issues to hauseandhavers.com.
RETURNS
We can accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging. Postage for returns must be paid by the customer.
Custom items cannot be returned.
REFUNDS
If an item is damaged in transit please send photographic evidence of the damaged product, including the original packaging. Please then send the information to hauseandhavers@gmail.com.
