This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared, when you visit or make a purchase from Hause & Havers.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
We promise never to share your information with anyone. We will never pass your details on to a third party for marketing purposes. We may contact you with promotions we think might interest you by email but only if you have signed up to our e-newsletter. You always have the choice to unsubscribe if we’re boring and/or annoying you.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
To fulfil your order or design request, you must provide us with certain information (provided through the website when placing an order), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide additional personal information (for a custom card order, for example), by contacting us directly.
With your permission, we may send you emails about our shop, new products and other updates.
PAYMENTS
All of our financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, on Squarespace. We will share information with card providers (including PayPal) only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website. We do not store your financial or credit card details.
LINKS
When you click on links on our shop, they may sometimes direct you away from our site (eg. links to our social media pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

We hold your name and your email address, but we never add customer details to our emailing lists, you will only be on this list if you have signed up.
